Danced to Guitars. - Daniel Grendon
Danced to Guitars is a photographic exhibition about people who belonged to a tight-knit tribe; a mini subculture that developed in an indie nightclub called ‘The Depot’. With themes of reflection, personal journeys and belonging it’s a story of the Depot Kids, as they reflect on that formative experience 10 years later.

My work as a photographer is focused on personal stories and experiences and generally centres around the idea of home. The depot in all it’s glory was like a second home to me and the realisation that it’s been 10 years was the push to revisit everything that it was and re-connect with people who made it what it was.
